Description

Français : Diagnostic : Bismuthome. Histoire : Femme de 55 ans présentant une masse indurée au quadrant supéroêxterne de la fesse droite datant de plusieurs années. Description macroscopie : Ellipse cutanée de 17 X 9 X 8 cm présentant en profondeur un épais liséré de tissu en partie calcifié. Le prélèvement est accompagné de nombreux fragments de tissu adipeux hémorragique de 2 à 5 cm de diamètre renfermant des nodules calcifiés. Description microscopie : Tissu adipeux contenant de foyers sclérosés, calcifiés et ossifiés dans lesquels baignent des amas de grains ou cristaux noirâtres ou verdâtres avec des cristaux de cholestérol ainsi que des débris nécrotiques acidophiles. Année du prélèvement : 1959.
