Description
Français : Paysage du Marais de Brimeux, dans la vallée de la Canche, quelques kilomètres avant Montreuil, dans le département du Pas-de-Calais.
Ce marais résulte du drainage médiéval d'un vaste marais alluvial et de l'extraction de la tourbe.
Deux des plus grands plans d'eau sont propriété de la fédération départementale des pêcheurs du Pas-de-Calais.
English: Landscape of the Marshes of Brimeux, in the valley of the Canche river, a few kilometers before Montreuil, in the department of Pas-de-Calais.
This marsh results of the medieval drainage of a vast alluvial marsh and of the extraction of peat.
Two of the largest bodies of water are owned by the departmental federation of fishermen of the Pas-de-Calais.
