Summary
[edit]DescriptionPavbhaji pasta.jpg |
English: I have been wanting to make this pasta for quite some time now. Those of you who do not know what Pav Bhaji is, it is basically a mixture of spicy boiled and then mashed vegetables like potatoes, onions, peas, tomatoes and green peppers. It is one of the most popular street foods in India, particularly Mumbai and growing up, mom made pav bhaji at least a few times a month. I used to pile the the bhaji (the vegetables) between two pav (buns), and add a slice of cheese to it- STILL the best way to eat it in my humble opinion 😉 |
