| Description |
English: Paull Holme Strays Nature Reserve, Paull, East Riding of Yorkshire, England. The southern breach in the outer bank of the Humber from the inner bank at Paull Holme Strays. The raised river bank has been breached in two places and a newer one constructed further inland, with the intention of limiting flood damage in the area and creating upto eighty hectares of new intertidal habitat for wildfowl such as redshank, curlew, dunlin, shelduck and golden plover. |
