English: 170914-N-JI086-020 - DAKAR, Senegal (Sept. 14, 2017) The Senegalese navy patrol ship Fouladou pulls into the Senegalese Navy Base during Operation Junction Rain , the operational portion of Africa Maritime Law Enforcement Partnership (AMLEP), Sept. 14, 2017. AMLEP is a U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa/U.S. 6th Fleet-facilitated initiative that aims to enhance the maritime enforcement capabilities of African partners in order to improve management and security of the maritime domain.
