Description
English: Patricia Weill, the wife of Rear Admiral Lawrence Weill, the commander of the New York Naval Militia, smashes the christening bottle onto the bow of LC-351 on Saturday, April 30, 2022 in Catskill, New York, as Weill, left, and Capt.
