Description Homes initially faced "garden" pedestrian paths located within block interiors, with no grade level crossings of roads. Over time, sidewalks and crosswalks were retrofitted into the town; there seem to be crime and accessibility problems with the paths. Unlike at Radburn, most block interiors are still under common maintenance: the townhouses are still owned by a cooperative.
