The wound-surface is immediatelyfirmly brought together by a continuous catgut stitch (Fig. 77). Thesame procedure is repeated on the other side. The bullet-forceps areremoved, the elythrorrhaphy is finished. Finally, the introitus is incised at the termi-nation of the pronaus, so that this incision reaches the other at thetermination of the nymphae.
