English: Path towards the Lighthouse, Fidra. This track from the pier on Fidra must have allowed items to be transported up to the lighthouse on the north of the island. Fidra is a RSPB reserve, home to guillemots, razorbills, herring gulls and puffins. It is also reputedly the inspiration for Robert Louis Stevenson's 'Treasure Island'. |
