| Description |
English: Path (?) through the rape Path through a rape field near Bowlingalley Farm, Alvanley. Reinstatement of a footpath at foot level to a width of 60 cm or so does not relieve the walker from having to press through shoulder-high vegetation. The path is practically invisible except at mouse-height! What worked well last year when the crop was barley (good to see a traditional crop rotation in practice) does not work so well for rape! For the same field a year earlier see 175819. |
