English: Paten, pietre dure: sard (6th–7th c.), enamel (Constantinople, late 9th–early 10th c.), setting (Constantinople, idem) and plique-à-jour enamel (Paris, ca. 1300), gilded silver and copper.
Français : Patène (petite assiette servant à présenter l'hostie avant de la consacrer) en pierre dure : sardoine (VIe–VIIe s.), émail (Constantinople, fin du IXe et début du Xe s.), monture (Constantinople, idem), émaux en plique-à-jour (Paris, v. 1300), argent et cuivre dorés.
