| Description |
English: Pasture, West Knoyle. These three Highland cattle had the field, which is crossed by a public footpath above Manor Farm, to themselves. The field seen below is on the southeast side of the 168 metre hill. This does not conform to the Ordnance Survey's mapping which shows it as being woodland adjoining Hang Wood. The actual extent of the woodland can be confirmed using aerial imagery on this http://maps.live.com/default.aspx?v=2&mkt=en-us&cp=51.0880429936~-2.199838894&style=h&lvl=14&tilt=-90&dir=0&alt=-1000&encType=1 . |
