Description
English: Student Nkosenathi shows respect to his elder and teacher Zanemvula. Traditional medicine in southern Africa is very colorful and the ceremonies are celebrations of ancient knowledge and culture. The image was taken at the Intlombe Ceremony for Gogo Nomvuka qualifing as an Igqirha.
