Català: Passar la Poma i el Ball de la Cuinera és un element inclòs a l'inventari del patrimoni cultural immaterial del Parc Natural del Cadí-Moixeró, inventari realitzat per Institut del Patrimoni Cultural Inmaterial (IPACIM).


El Ball de la Cuinera és un ball popular que es balla el diumenge de festa major pels carrers de Josa de Cadí. El ball comença quan el músic anima la gent que surt de missa. Llavors tothom baixa cap al poble, fent un recorregut per algunes de les cases. Una noia o nena del poble porta unasafata amb una poma i obre la comitiva. En cada casa la noia pregunta per la cuinera i la convida a sortir de casa a ballar i li demana diners per a poder pagar el músic. El músic toca una peça de ball i la cuinera, amb una parella, obren el ball, on esvan afegint altres parelles de la comitiva.

Originalment la significació i el motiu del ball era mostrar un reconeixement a les cuineres del poble, que havien estat fent el menjar de festa major, i fer-les protagonistes de la festa col·lectiva, passant una bona estona amb la resta de gent de poble. Actualment té el simbolisme de ser una de les activitats més participatives de la festa major, on estroben totes les generacions ballant pels carrers del poble, en un ambient distès i alegre. Està moltpresent el fet que és un element antic, propi de Josa de Cadí, i que, malgrat les transformacions,cal preservar.


English: Passing the Apple and the Dance of the Cook is an element included in the inventory of the intangible cultural heritage of the Natural Park of Cadí-Moixeró, an inventory carried out by the Institute of Intangible Cultural Heritage (IPACIM).


Ball de la Cuinera is a popular dance that is danced on the Sunday of the major festival in the streets of Josa de Cadí. The dance begins when the musician encourages the people leaving the mass. Then everyone goes down to the village, taking a tour of some of the houses. A girl or girl from the village carries a tray with an apple and opens the procession. In each house the girl asks for the cook and invites her out of the house to dance and asks her for money to pay the musician. The musician plays a dance piece and the cook, with a couple, open the dance, where they disappear adding other couples from the entourage.

Originally, the meaning and purpose of the dance was to show recognition to the town's cooks, who had been making the food for the main festival, and to make them the protagonists of the collective party, spending a good time with the rest of the people of town. It currently has the symbolism of being one of the most participatory activities of the festa major, where all generations find themselves dancing in the streets of the town, in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. The fact that it is an old element, typical of Josa de Cadí, and that, despite the transformations, must be preserved is very present.

El Baile de la Cocinera es un baile popular que se baila el domingo de fiesta mayor por las calles de Josa de Cadí. El baile comienza cuando el músico anima a la gente que sale de misa. Entonces todo el mundo baja hacia el pueblo, haciendo un recorrido por algunas de las casas. Una chica o niña del pueblo lleva una bandeja con una manzana y abre la comitiva. En cada casa la chica pregunta por la cocinera y la invita a salir de casa a bailar y le pide dinero para poder pagar al músico. El músico toca una pieza de baile y la cocinera, con una pareja, abren el baile, donde se añaden otras parejas de la comitiva.

Originalmente la significación y el motivo del baile era mostrar un reconocimiento a las cocineras del pueblo, que habían estado haciendo la comida de fiesta mayor, y hacerlas protagonistas de la fiesta colectiva, pasando un buen rato con el resto de gente de pueblo.

Actualmente tiene el simbolismo de ser una de las actividades más participativas de la fiesta mayor, donde se encuentran todas las generaciones bailando por las calles del pueblo, en un ambiente distendido y alegre. Está muy presente el hecho de que es un elemento antiguo, propio de Josa de Cadí, y que, a pesar de las transformaciones, es necesario preservar.
