| Description |
English: Part of the site of the disused Shell's Rhosgoch oil terminal This depot was constructed in the 1970s as a holding centre for oil imported via an offshore discharge point prior to its transfer by pipeline to Stanlow. Changing modes of transporting oil, with the disappearance of the super tanker, made the terminal redundant. Proposals for building a gas powered electricity station on the site in the late 1990s came to nought.
