Description
Español: En rojo los departamentos que acataron y/o se expandió el paro

En amarillo los departamentos que levantaron el paro En azul los departamentos que no acataron el paro. El paro agrario es una manifestación de los agricultores, especificamente de la papa, con la finalidad de exigir del gobierno, políticas proteccionistas a favor de los productos nacionales, asi como, la valorización del precio del tubérculo en su lugar de producción. Los agricultores están convencidos que no es rentable la plantación de la papa, siendo que, el precio del kilo en el campo esta a míseros s/. 0.20 céntimos. Lamentablemente, por falta de fomento a la industria nacional, somos un país que exporta insumos a bajísimos precios e importa derivados manufacturados con valor agregado. Con tanta riqueza el Perú debería ser grandioso como su pasado. Debemos ser a favor de reivindicar nuestros derechos y exigir que el estado cumpla su papel, pero tenemos que tener cuidado en el "modus operandi" para ejecutar las acciones pertinentes. Pues no podemos penalizar al pueblo, que también es trabajador, con mobilizaciones que violen sus derechos fundamentales de ir y venir, asimismo, como el derecho a trabajar.
