Description
English: Capt. Jan Rose, a nurse with the 431st Civil Affairs Battalion, from Little Rock, Ark., treats patients during a medical humanitarian mission in Buhriz, Iraq, May 27. Her son, Marine Capt. James Rose, is also serving in Iraq. He is a company commander with the 1st Marine Division in Ramadi.
