Государственный музей искусств Узбекистана, Ташкент, б/н. Дерево, паволока, левкас, темпера Первоначально находилась в Успенском соборе Рязанского кремля, в XVIII в. перенесена в Архангельский собор Рязанского кремля. В 1923 г. передана в Рязанский краеведческий музей, а в 1938 г.— в Государственный музей искусств Узбекистана. Реставрирована в 1968 г. во ВЦНИЛКР. Реставратор Е. М. Кристи. Сохранность. Накладные шпонки заменены врезными встречными, доски дополнительно были скреплены четырьмя ласточками (в настоящее время ласточки утрачены). На обороте декоративная роспись маслом, выполненная в XVIII в.: на белом фоне в центре восьмиконечный крест, вокруг него красные цветы и зеленые листья. Поля опилены. На лицевой стороне на правом поле сохранена запись с фрагментом текста летописи. Киноварные буквы надписи с именем святой и киноварная обводка нимба сохранились частично. Оставлены поздние вставки с записью по стыку досок в центре иконы, слева по контуру плеча, в нижней части иконы на изображениях одежд, кисти левой руки Параскевы.
