Иконография: Николай Чудотворец, святитель, Феодосий Печерский, преподобный, Параскева Иконийская (Пятница), великомученица, Варвара, великомученица, Избранные святые, Косма, мученик-бессребреник, Дамиан, мученик-бессребреник, Пелагея Тарсийская, мученица

Иконописная школа или художественный центр: Каргополье

Происхождение: из Воздвиженской часовни д. Максимовской Каргопольского района Архангельской области

Материал: Дерево, левкас, темпера

Размеры иконы: высота 29 см, ширина 27,5 см

В среднике представлено оплечное изображение великомученицы Параскевы. В верхних углах средника помещены полуфигуры Христа с Евангелием и Богоматери с омофором в руках. Ниже, по сторонам от нимба святой, расположены парные поясные изображения святителя Николая Чудотворца, Феодосия Печерского, великомученицы Варвары и мученицы Пелагеи. На полях – святые мученики-бессребреники Косьма и Дамиан.
