The Paraná River from the top of the Parque de España cultural complex in Rosario, Argentina. The view (facing north-east) shows the main course of the Paraná, which takes a turn at this point. In the middle of the view, it is possible to distinguish the beach resorts of the north part of Rosario; to the right, the main span of the cable-stayed Rosario-Victoria Bridge (which goes from the northern end of Rosario across the Paraná course and swamplands, eastwards 54 km until Victoria, Entre Ríos Province). Closer on the right, from front to back, the flags of the province of Santa Fe, Argentina and Spain.

Argentina has no "freedom of panorama" provision in its copyright law. At least some think there is de facto freedom of panorama in Argentina regarding buildings:
