Description
Español: Panteón Familia Aurelio Marcos (izquierda) y Panteón Hermanas Hospitalarias del Sagrado Corazón, en la calle Magadalena, jardín 6, del cementerio San Miguel, Málaga, España. El Panteón Familia Aurelio Marcos, construido en 1874 y reconstruido hacia 1951, es una edificación de planta rectangular, con zócalo y pilastras en las esquinas, prolongadas por encima de la cubierta formando agujas o pináculos. Tiene una portada formada por arcos ojivales. En su interior, una vidriera de la Virgen del Carmen en el purgatorio. Alberga 16 nichos, 8 subterráneos y 8 exteriores.[1]. Aurelio Marcos Bartual (Valencia, 1904-Málaga, 1973), que da nombre al panteón, fue fundador de la conocida joyería Marcos situada en la calle Larios.[2]. El Panteón Hermanas Hospitalarias del Sagrado Corazón fue construido por Miranda y Avancino entre 1915-1919, con planta rectangular y sobre otro anterior del que, al parecer, no se conserva nada. Está realizado en fábrica de ladrillo con enfoscado. Alberga 5 nichos de altura por 3 de ancho, rematado con frontones triangularescon cruces.[3]
