Description

I've tried several times to get a good photo of this orchid and finally I got one that I like. Camera and off-camera flash both hand-held, flash set manually at 1/128 power to give a little kiss of side lighting.

Miltoniopsis is a genus of orchids, consisting of 5 species, native to Costa Rica, Panama, Venezuela, Ecuador, and Colombia. They are named after Lord Fitzwilliam Milton, an English orchid enthusiast. Miltoniopsis’s common name is Pansy Orchid. (<a href="https://photoplusbyritasim.wordpress.com/2015/05/27/miltoniopsis-cv-pansy-orchid/" rel="noreferrer nofollow">photoplusbyritasim.wordpress.com/2015/05/27/miltoniopsis-...</a>).
