Description
Español: Panorámica de parte del pueblo de Castril en el que puede apreciarse parte del Castillo de Castril y la Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de la Asunción. Se estima que el Castillo de Castril comenzó a construirse entre el siglo XI y XII, durante la época de la dinastía nazarí. Su ubicación privilegiada en un cerro rocoso proporcionaba una visión panorámica de los alrededores, permitiendo a sus guardianes detectar cualquier movimiento sospechoso y responder rápidamente a cualquier amenaza.
