Description
English: Jaisalmer Fort is a monument in the heart of Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, India. It is the second largest fort in Rajasthan. It is said that “True Kings make people powerful, not take power from them”, and this fort is one of the leading examples of the same. Nearly one fourth of the population of Jaisalmer resides in this fort and for the same reason it is one of the rarest “living forts”.
