"Leary Home", that is Eliza Ferry Leary House, still extant 2020.
"McLaughlin"
"Home of Judge C.H. Hanford." I believe this is still extant 2020.
Homes of Horace Chapin Henry & C.J. Smith.
For many years, H.C. Henry and his wife regularly opened their home to the public to display their art collection, which upon his death became the foundation of the Henry Art Gallery at the University of Washington. The house is long gone: Henry's property donated to the Seattle Public Library, which swapped it for the land where the Capitol Hill branch of the library is now located. As of 2020, Kay Bullitt lives on the old Henry property in a modernist A-frame; she intends to donate the land back to the city again upon her death.
Queen Anne High School, still extant 2020, though it is now condominium apartments.
Not captioned by the photographer, but this is the gas works that is the site of today's Gas Works Park.
Woodland Park, which is now among other things the home of the Woodland Park Zoo.
The caption says "State University", "A-Y-P Exposition". This remains the main campus of the University of Washington; the buildings of the Alaska-Yukon-Pacific Exposition were mostly short-lived.
