Kaavoitettaessa kaupungin omakotitaloalueita 1970-luvulla alueita tiivistettiin mutta rakentamistapoja ei määritelty mikä johti sihen että tiiviisti rakennettujen alueiden rakennukset eivät keskenään sopineet yhteen. Pakila on ilmiön ilmeisin esimerkki, mutta myös kuvassa näkyvä vaihteleva rakennustyyli on esimerkki pakiloitumisesta. -- dia, filmi, väri
