Description
Português: Projecto de Edificação da nova Villa Real de Praia Grande, delineado pelo (...) José Clemente Pereira primeiro Juiz de Fora da mesma Villa sobre a Planta do Terreno levantada pelo Major Arnaud Julien Pallière em 1819. “Entre 1819 e 1821 estava no Brasil o francês Arnaud Julien Pallière que nos deixou uma coleção significativa de desenhos, inclusive plantas e vistas de vilas e cidades. Nesse trabalho, Pallière mostra o projeto para edificação da então chamada ‘Villa Real da Praia Grande’, que foi desenhada pelo Juiz de Fora José Clemente Pereira, origem da atual cidade de Niterói. A legenda deixa claro que o traçado foi elaborado pelo Juiz de Fora, com base no levantamento do terreno realizado por um militar. Junto à praia, registra o que parece ser um casario e, à direita, uma praça com uma igreja e uma edificação de maior porte, que a legenda indica como o Largo do Paço.”

  • Article 45: In addition to the works in respect of which the protection of the economic rights has expired, the following shall pass into the public domain:
    • I. the works of authors deceased without heir;
    • II. the works of unknown authors, subject to the legal protection of ethnic and traditional lore.
  • Article 96: The term of protection of neighboring rights shall be 70 years from the first of January of the year following fixation for phonograms, transmission for the broadcasts of broadcasting organizations and public performance in other cases.
