Description
Français : Pallas ou Athena de Velletri (Italie). Copie d'une statue de bronze disparue, de l'ère hellénistique, sculptée sans doute vers 430 av. J.-C. Copie de celle installée au musée du Louvre, elle était installée dans la niche du vestibule du musée bibliothèque de Grenoble ouvert au public en juin 1870. Déplacée en 1923 par le conservateur Andry Farcy dans la chapelle du Lycée Vaucanson où elle demeure encore.
