Description The Palazzo Madama was used by the House of Savoy. The palace was built on a site of an ancient Roman gate that was constructed in the first century. Palazzo Madama bears two different architectural styles . The front of the palace is a Baroque style built in the 17th Century while the rear of the palace features a medieval style of the 15th Century. Palazzo Madama now houses an art museum.
