Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The Palazzetto dello Sport is a multifunctional building, mainly used for sports, located in the Flaminio district of Rome (Italy).

Conceived and designed in 1956 by architect Annibale Vitellozzi and engineer Pier Luigi Nervi, it was built between 1956 and 1957 to host some of the events of the XVII Olympic Games in Rome.

Given its location near viale Tiziano, the facility is sometimes called PalaTiziano.

The structure underwent long renovation works completed in October 2023 and which brought the structure back to its original state.
