Description
Español: Palacio del Congreso, es el primer edificio al fondo y, a la derecha, la cúpula y las torres de la iglesia de San Francisco. Primera sede del Congreso Nacional, situada en la calle Victoria Nº 318 al 330, hoy Hipólito Yrigoyen. Construída en 1863 por el ingeniero Jonas Larguía. Se realizarón allí las sesiones correspondientes al período 1865 a septiembre de 1905, cuando es reemplazada por el actual edificio. Su estructura original aún se conserva.
