Description

Palacio Cabanellas, in Rosario, Argentina. This old building is located at the intersection of San Luis St. & Sarmiento St. It was designed in 1914 by Catalan architect Francesc Roca i Simó. As it happens in many cases, the building has had its lower floor modernized and taken up by a commercial outlet, but the upper floors were preserved and restored.
