Description
日本語: パイワンの古石像。高雄州より臺東廳下大武へ貫ける道路は山脚の崁頭と呼ぶ所より遽に爪先登りの急坂で，登り詰めると一躍海拔千七百尺歸化門駐在所がある。此山陰にボンガリの舊蕃社跡が在って，叢の中に石像が發見されたのである，チャロボカンと云ふ頭目家の祖先の像だらうと蕃人は云つてゐる。高さ一丈程にして表に男。裏に女像を彫んである。今は臺北帝國大學土俗人種學標本室に保存されてある。（移川子之藏）
