Description

Paeonia 'Cincinnati' 5/2021 Lactiflora- (Krekler 1962) (3-DB-PK) Lactiflora Cultivar Peony, Mature size: 40", Tall Height, Double, Deep Pink with silver edges, midseason bloomer, USDA Hardiness Zone 3-8, Michigan Bloom Month 5c, In Garden Bed S1,3a for 31 MONTHS (Wild). Planted in 2018.

Wild: Peony Cincinnati - M D Pink T. Deep crab-apple pink double with a bit of silver edging on the tips of the petals, an effect that makes this peony stand out in the garden; some golden stamens show through the petals.

APS registration: CINCINNATI (Krekler 1962) D.M. DP. Midseason deep pink, double with silvered edges, tall.

Small root, somewhat rotted. Only 2 eyes. No buds in 2019. Looks healthy in 2020.
