Annotatie

Op het aangeplakte bijschrift staat linksboven in rode inkt het getal 10, rechts daarvan staat P.Br. (Breman?) onderstreept. In de publicatie van Jan Breman (Koelies, planters en koloniale politiek. Het arbeidsregime op de grootlandbouwondernemingen aan Sumatra's oostkust in het begin van de twintigste eeuw; 1987; Foris Publications, Dordrecht-Holland/Providence-USA) staat op pagina 312 een genummerde lijst met tabaksondernemingen die verwijst naar een detailkaart van Sumatra op pagina 313. Aan de hand van de afkortingen zijn de namen van de tabaksondernemingen herleid
