The report of the Committee on theRelation of Electricity to Agriculture waspresented by Dr. E. A. White, of Chicago,as Director. It was the second annual re-port since the organization of the nationalcommittee, since which time the work hasbeen enlarged by the organization of statecommittees for the specific purpose of mak-ing a comprehensive study of the ruralelectric service problem in its local appli-cation.
