Description
English: A dutch gable window and hip roof above a bracketed cornice and elaborate lintel, and flattened-arch lintel label molding above double-hung sash windows, and a front entrance with a scrolled label molding above an arched, quoined transom are featured in the Pacific States Telephone Building at the northeast boundary of the East Portland Grand Avenue Historic District.
