In the Palacesof Transportation, Mines, Liberal .\rtsand Agriculture you will find as much toengage your scientific attention as in Ma-chinery Hall. Leaving shop for a mo-ment, be sure and hear thegreat organ in Festival Halland see McLarens orchidexhibit in the Palace ofHorticulture. The state and foreignbuildings have each its ownparticular point of interest.Of the state buildings thatdedicated to New Yorkstate is generally concededto have the most elaborateand best decorated interior,while our own Californiabuilding attracts the eye ofthe visitor from afar be-cause of its picturesque Mis-sion style of architecture.The writer wishes thathe could describe the won-drous scheme of illumina-tion that makes a veritablefairyland of these groupsof buildings and courts at night.
