English: (Sept. 21, 2007) PETROPAVLOVSK, Russia - The U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Boutwell trains with the Russian Border Guard on how to combat onboard fires as well as a joint-agency man overboard search here. The Boutwell arrived here on Sept. 18, to represent the U.S. Coast Guard in the North Pacific Coast Guard Forum (NPCGF). This forum was established to increase international maritime safety and security of the Northern Pacific Ocean and its borders.
