Description
Português: Parque Nacional da Peneda-Gerês

Anta / dólmen - Monumento megalítico, funerário, do Neolítico à Idade do Bronze (cerca de 3 a 5 milénios a.C.), caracterizado por grandes pedras verticais a sustentar uma outra na horizontal, formando a câmara sepulcral. A anta do Mezio (na beira da N202) integra o Núcleo Megalítico do Mezio e do qual também fazem parte, entre outras, as mamoas 5 e 6 (a cerca de 550 m da referida EN).

Mamoa - Montículo artificial e arredondado, de origem pré-histórica, de terra e pedras, cobrindo uma câmara funerária, para a esconder e proteger.
