Summary
[edit]DescriptionPNNs at primary somatosensory cortex in mouse brain 02.jpg |
English: The neurons from the forth layer (IV) of somatosensory cortex of mouse brain. Perineuronal nets (red) are enwrapped the soma of neurons and initial dendrite segments. Perineuronal nets have lattice-like ultrastructure. The nucleuses were labeled by DAPI (blue). The photo was taken using confocal microscopy. In this study we used objective x63 (oil immersion, Zeiss, Germany).
Stain procedures were made by Arnst Nikita. Confocal imaging procedures were made by Kuznetsova Svetlana, Melnikova Anastasiya, Arnst Nikita.English: The neurons from the forth layer (IV) of somatosensory cortex of mouse brain.
