Description
Deutsch: CT-Angiographie des Circulus willisi mit variant endender rechter A. vertebralis: Das Gefäß mündet nicht in die A. basilaris, sondern läuft nur in der Arteria inferior posterior cerebelli (PICA) aus (engl. PICA-ending vertebral artery). Dementsprechend ist die rechte A. vertebralis auch nur sehr schmächtig ausgebildet. (Beachte, dass in der axialen Computertomographie links im Bild die rechte Patientenseite auf der linken Seite ist, während in der Volumendarstellung rechts im Bild ein Blick von oben simuliert wird, so dass die rechte Patientenseite auch rechts im Bild ist.)
