Description
English: President Rodrigo Roa Duterte confers the presidential citation on Samuel Morrison, taekwondo gold medalist in the 29th Southeast Asian Games (SEAG), during a ceremony in Malacañan Palace on September 13, 2017. The medalist also received cash incentives from the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) and the Siklab Atleta Pilipinas.
