English: PEPFAR heroes are people who have gone above and beyond to raise awareness about HIV prevention, gender-based violence (GBV) and access to services for marginalized groups in Botswana. At the PEPFAR heroes tea, Ambassador Miller applauded them, saying, “You are model citizens and you did something that deserves recognition. We are here today to say ‘thank you’ for your contributions.”
