Español: El sistema Pilar Dinámico® 3.0 es una herramienta imprescindible para modificar y rectificar anulaciones que ha revolucionado el sector de la implantología, convirtiéndose en una óptima alternativa a los pilares angulados de Titanio y a los muñones individualizados fabricados por el técnico. Consta de dos piezas conectadas entre sí por un codo, que sirve de articulación, mientras que la chimenea pivota sobre la semiesfera de la base. Permite rectificar la angulación milimétricamente hasta 28º con total libertad de movimiento (en plataformas NP hasta 25º y en el resto de plataformas hasta un máximo de 28º) |
