Deutsch: Südansicht des historischen Ensembles, Schloss, Barbakane und Pfarrkirche im Zentrum der niederösterreichischen Marktgemeinde Pöggstall.
Die Pfarrkirche hl. Anna war ursprünglich eine freistehende Schlosskirche außerhalb des Schlossgrabens, wurde um 1480 erbaut und 1810 zur Pfarrkirche erhoben. Das Schloss Pöggstall wurde im 13. Jahrhundert ursprünglich als Wasserburg erbaut und von 1478 bis 1601 unter den Rogendorfern zu einer gestaffelten Schlossanlage ausgebaut. Die Barbakane, ein Kanonenrondell mit rd. 50 m Durchmesser, ist südlich dem Schloss vorgelagert und wurde um 1530/40 errichtet.
