Description
English: 4,205 GRT "River"-class passenger liner Sutlej, built by Barrow Shipbuilding Co for P&O. She was launched in December 1881, completed in April 1882 and worked between London, Australia and India. In September 1898 she carried Indian troops to Transvaal for the First Boer War. In March 1900 she was sold to French buyers and scrapped at Marseille.
