| Description |
English: The back side of the River Row in Owego, New York, as seen on a frigid February 2022 evening from the Owego Riverwalk. The "River Row" is the colloquial name for the 19th-century brick commercial buildings along the south side of Front Street abutting the Susquehanna River at their rear, which along with the rest of the city's well-preserved downtown was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980 as the "Owego Central Historic District". |
