English: Overhead view of the abandoned sheepfold This sheepfold, which spans the Northing 55, is quite an elaborate structure. Today shearing, dipping, de-worming etc is carried on in the sheds in the vicinity of the farmhouse. As a result, there is no longer any need for the mountainside sheepfolds. |
