Summary
[edit]DescriptionOverflow from Carman Reservoir - geograph.org.uk - 1224885.jpg |
English: Overflow from Carman Reservoir. For more on the reservoir itself, see 1102076.
The overflow is immediately channelled below ground; about 150 metres to the ENE, it emerges again from a pipe (1224889), and flows across the moor towards some woods; there, it falls in a series of cascades: https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1224894 and https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1224898 After just a short distance in the woods, the stream flows into the Poachy Burn. |
